IV. Promo Mechanics

  • This promo is available to Smart Buddy, Talk and Text, Addict, Gold and infinity subscribers.
  • To join the promo the Group owner should register his/her group via SMS.
    • Syntax: GPROMO <guild name>/<name>/<age>/<gender>/<address> to 26255
    • Example: GPROMO OVERLORDS/Ian Oroceo/23/M/Blk 20 Lot 15 Brgy. Commonwealth Q.C. to 26255
  • In order to win the Promo, registered Groups must earn points. Points are derived from transactions done by the group from Sept. 8, 2008 12:00am to Dec. 8, 2008 11:59pm . The corresponding tariff of each transaction will be the basis for the group points. The Group with the highest accumulated group points will win the Promo.

VI. Verification of Winners
  1. The winning Group will be determined via the Guildtxt Reporting Tool
  2. Only registered Groups can win. Establishing of promo winner will be done on December 09, 2008 1:00PM at Axis Global Interactive, Unit 2306, 23/F Orient Square Bldg. Emerald Ave. , Ortigas Center , Pasig City .
  3. The “Board of Judges” composed of a duly authorized representative from Level Up Games Inc., Feedtext Inc., and Axis Global Interactive Inc. with the presence of a DTI representative will witness the drawing of winners. Decisions by the Board of Judges are final with concurrence to DTI
  4. Employees of Level Up! Inc., Feedtext Inc., Axis Global Interactive, Smart Communications Inc, and their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the promo.
  5. Entries received within the promo period will be determined on December 09, 2008 at 1:00PM. Registered Guildtxt Group with the highest accumulated group points wins the promo

Redemption of Prize

  • Winning group owner shall be notified via a phone call coming from SMART's special access #7777 and via registered mail
  • The winner must present the following
    • Two (2) Valid ID with picture (valid ID's to be accepted: Driver's License, Passport, Employee ID, Voter's ID, Postal ID, Government ID's-SSS or Pagi-ibig bearing the same name and address that was used in registering for the promo
    • The SIM card used for registering to the promo
  • For prepaid subscribers, account should be active and should have been properly decremented for all transactions.
    If prepaid number is lost, user must present affidavit of loss.
  • If winner is a minor, he/she must accompanied by his parent/s or legal guardian along with proof of relationship.
  • Prizes must be claimed within sixty (60) days after receipt of call from SMART Communications local phone number 7777 or after receiving the notification via the registered mail. Prizes unclaimed after sixty (60) days from receipt of notification are deemed forfeited with prior DTI approval.
  • The winning group may claim their prize at Level Up Games Inc. office at 11th floor of the Pacific Star building, Sen. Puyat Ave. cor. Makati Ave. , Makati City
